Tosh Brittan Corporate & Executive Coaching

Tosh Brittan has worked as a coach and therapist with clients going through difficult, challenging and painful relationships for over 17 years. She turned to coaching to support others in 2014 with the launch of the Divorce Goddess blog and after successfully completing her MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher training with renowned teacher and author Shamash Alidina. She has taught MBSR courses privately, in companies, hospitals and schools. She is currently studying for the Corporate & Executive Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy and is also a Reiki Master Teacher. Based in the UK, Tosh works with clients from all walks of life, from corporate clients to stay-at-home parents to celebrities.

A recognised expert in her field, Tosh has been interviewed for TV on the benefits of kindness and mediation. She is regularly featured in the press and well-known publications on mindfulness, resilience and kindness.

Her book Kindness for Conflict - a Guide to Separation & Divorce was published recently and she shares more of her journey inside it.

Tosh also co-authored the 2020 best-seller, Mindfulness for Challenging Times with her contribution on Mindfulness for Conflict.

She is the host of the very popular Divorce Goddess podcast which reached #41 in the US and #16 in the UK Relationship charts in 2020, promoting kindness and mindfulness to reduce conflict in difficult, challenging and painful relationships.

Tosh spent 14+ years working for international supply and services companies, including as a Director for Alcis Ltd. She also worked as a Sales Coordinator for PSI Ltd, delivering presentations on equipment and services to governments, royalty and companies in the UK and overseas clients in the US, Dubai and Singapore.

She is a regular contributor to the charity Project ReMAKE programmes for and is a guest speaker at global mindfulness, divorce and self-development summits.
